Online Return, Refund and Exchange Policies

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your purchase, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress is the one that you ordered. Try on your dress as soon as possible as we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. We carry out thorough quality checks on all of our products before posting. Should you decide to make a return of your online purchase it must be returned unworn, except for try on, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, cleaned or defective in any way within 15 days. Upon receiving the shipment a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please contact [email protected] for the return address.

Please include your order number so we can issue a refund as quickly as possible. Your item must be in the original packaging if possible.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original form of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Order Cancellations

We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important decision, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that our dresses are sold as the size stated. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to make up your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.

Cancellations Policy

1. Orders canceled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund 

2. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

3. Orders canceled after shipping will only be made once the item has been returned unopened back to Veils of Berkeley. If the packaging has been opened and the item has been worn then upon it’s return a quality check will be carried out. If deemed necessary this will incur a £100 charge for a dress cleaning service and will result in a partial refund of the product purchase price.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that the shipping fee will not be refunded.
